We are a major guest services company with immediate, part/full time openings for concierges in many of New York’s leading hotels.
You must have a passion for helping people get around our amazing city.
You must have a desire to make their stay in New York something that they will remember and talk about for a lifetime.
Please only respond to this advertisement if you possess all of the following:
- Two years minimum of customer service and/or sales experience in an upscale or luxury environment
- Superior communication skills.
- An above average knowledge about how to navigate in and around New York City.
- High energy.
- Self motivated.
- Integrity.
- Must be able to endure physical long periods of standing.
Also a big plus but not required:
- Previous concierge experience.
- Conversational in a second language.
- Knowledge of Broadway shows, landmark attractions, and restaurants.
You must be flexible on weekends, as Saturdays and/or Sundays are a must. We staff our hotels 365 days per year, so you must remain flexible on holidays.
Interviews will be held at Doubletree Guest Suites Times Square. 1568 Broadway (at 47th St.)
On Monday May 9th, 2pm-5pm “Off Broadway room” 5th Floor.
On Tuesday May 10th , 10am-1pm “Hudson 1 room” 6th Floor.
