The Concierge is Responsible For:

-          Recommending dining locations, landmark attractions, selling Broadway shows, and many other services.
- Providing superior concierge service at one of our many desk locations in some of Mid-Town Manhattan’s leading hotels.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in Microsoft Office and navigating the internet.

-          A positive attitude and the enthusiasm for City Experts’s products and services.

-          2 Years experience in customer service and/or sales in an upscale or luxury environment.

-          An above average knowledge of NYC including the ability to provide accurate directions.

-          Bi-lingual is preferred, but not necessary

-           The flexibility to work between the hours of 7am and 8pm including weekends and holidays.

-          Part-time candidates should be able to work 2-3 shifts during the week and should have full availability to work the weekends.

You must have a passion for helping people get around our amazing city.

You must have a desire to make their stay in New York something that they will remember and talk about for a lifetime.

• Two years minimum of customer service and/or sales experience in an upscale or luxury environment
• Superior communication skills.
• An above average knowledge about how to navigate in and around New York City.
• High energy.
• Self motivated.
• Integrity.
• Must be able to endure physical long periods of standing.

Also a  big plus but not required:

• Previous concierge experience.
• Conversational in a second language.
• Knowledge of Broadway shows, landmark attractions, and restaurants.

You must be flexible on weekends, as Saturdays and/or Sundays are a must.  We staff our hotels 365 days per year, so you must remain flexible on holidays.

Interviews will be held at Doubletree Guest Suites Times Square. 1568 Broadway (at 47^th St.)

On Monday May 9^th, 2pm-5pm “Off Broadway room” 5^th Floor.

On Tuesday May 10^th , 10am-1pm “Hudson 1 room” 6^th Floor.
