Part-Time and Full-Time positions available for immediate hire for City Experts, in partnership with Expedia Local Expert™!

*** START RATE OF $14.00 -$16.00 P/H PLUS COMMISSION!

The Concierge is Responsible For:

–          Recommending dining locations, landmark attractions, selling Broadway shows, and many other services.
– Providing superior concierge service at one of our many desk locations in some of Mid-Town Manhattan’s leading hotels.

Minimum Qualifications:
– Experience in Microsoft Office and navigating the internet.

–          A positive attitude and the enthusiasm for City Experts’s products and services.

–          2 Years experience in customer service and/or sales in an upscale or luxury environment.

–          An above average knowledge of NYC including the ability to provide accurate directions.

–          Bi-lingual is preferred, but not necessary

–           The flexibility to work between the hours of 7am and 8pm including weekends and holidays.

–          Part-time candidates should be able to work 2-3 shifts during the week and should have full availability to work the weekends.
